There’s no doubt that this fitness regimen is one of the most popular ways to workout right now. But, we all know it can be a little intimidating at first.
That’s why we went to downtown Cincinnati to visit Queen City CrossFit and learn from head trainer Evan Polaski. Turns out all you need is a positive attitude, the drive to do it and probably a really good water bottle.
What’s even better? Instructors can tailor their training to all sorts of individual skills levels. If you can’t run around the block, there’s a place for you here. If you can barely walk through the front door, there’s a place for you here. And if you’ve been out of the game for a decade (or longer!), there’s a place for you here. These folks really know their stuff, and they know what it takes to get started.
