This museum is a college football fan’s dream
College football is a way of life in the south. If you’re longing for the thrill of Saturday in the fall but stuck in the dreaded offseason, our next stop is for you. Welcome to the College Football Hall of Fame, a fully interactive museum and probably the only spot to kick a field goal in downtown Atlanta.
The first stop? Showing your support for your favorite team. Each visitor gets a custom press pass that controls the content they see throughout the Hall of Fame.
The whole family can come in and pick different teams and it’d be a different experience for each of them.
After you get registered, look up. You’ll see your fandom represented on the massive helmet wall in the entrance.
It’s the first of many experiences carefully curated for fans of all 700 NCAA teams.
Your favorite team is stored in your pass. And as you move through the exhibits, the facility is reading the RFID chip and showing you the stuff you want to see.
Not only do you get to see and learn and hear the history of your favorite school, the college football hall of fame puts you right in the middle of the action. From virtual reality highlights to a gameday broadcast booth… there’s no better way to be a part of your team without a scholarship offer.
Of course, it wouldn’t be a hall of fame without a few lessons of the past. But, that’s got a unique spin on it as well.
And if that wasn’t enough for you, you could try your luck kicking a field goal.
Between the screens, the memorabilia, the art or the actual playing field, there truly is something here in the College Football Hall of Fame for everyone to enjoy.
