The Easy Way To Light Charcoal

Lighting a charcoal grill doesn’t have to be hard. It also doesn’t have to require half a bottle of lighter fluid.

Or any lighter fluid for that matter.

For your next cookout, ditch the chemicals and lighter fluid-soaked charcoal, and reach for a chimney starter. It may look foreign and seem like an extra step between you and your food, but as the folks at Kitchen and Company show us, they are actually very easy to use.

(Note: For the purposes of this demonstration, the chimney starter was lit while on top of a table. Do not do that at home. Place it on a solid, non-flammable surface when in use.)
