If there's music coming from your old suitcase, it must be a Sonic Suitcase made by Dr. Music, Wade Wellborn.
A suitcase is inherently a poor speaker enclosure, but they go to great lengths to fit a solid, rigid enclosure inside each Sonic Suitcase. Each enclosure is tuned and ported for efficiency and to extend the bass response of the system. The drivers are hand selected, each crossover is custom designed and they solder every connection. You can hear the difference.
The standard powered Sonic Suitcase boombox includes an AC/DC adapter to plug into the wall and a battery holder for 8AA batteries. It also includes bluetooth and an aux audio cable so that you can plug into the headphone jack of your iPhone, iPod, iPad, turntable (may require additional items), smart phone, tablet, MP3 player, walkman, Pono, Zune or other device. They are located in Fairhope, Alabama at 35 South Section St.
