Smoked Chicken Wings with White Sauce

Full Moon Bar-B-Que is world famous for their delicious barbecue and their recognizable Full Moon cookies. But, we have a special treat for you today that’s a little different from what they are known for in Alabama. Full Moon also has finger lickin’ good wings that will have you screaming for more. Oh, and that white sauce? Yes, please!

What we can tell you is how to make these smoked wings that taste just like ‘em! Here’s what you’ll need and how to do it.

Full Moon Bar-B-Que’s Smoked Wings

Ingredients

  • 5 lbs. of wings
    •1 pint of Greek Dressing
    •1/4 cup of Greek seasoning

Instructions

  1. Wash chicken wings and pat dry.
  2. Marinate wings in Greek dressing and Greek seasoning for 45 minutes.
  3. Smoke wings at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
  4. Let cool and top with Alabama White Sauce.
