The Selfie Game is Strong at Goat Yoga

For Terri Gustin, the idea of Goat Yoga started off as a way to get her and her kids off the farm – those ‘kids’ being baby goats. She owns Critter Creek Farm in Rock Hill. When the opportunity to coordinate goat yoga classes at Cat’s Paw Winery presented itself, the idea was born!

A few times each month, the kids are packed up into a truck and transported to the winery where a sold-out group plays with them.

Tickets cost $40, but that includes an hour of yoga, a wine tasting and a souvenir glass to take home!
