OTR’s new s’more bar Quaintrelle Confections is taking the campfire classic to the next level.
And those beautiful, handcrafted marshmallows didn’t come easy. Owner Meggie Kraus spent years perfecting the recipe that’s won so many hearts over. But here’s the thing… she actually doesn’t even like marshmallows.
We stopped by to hear her story, learn how to make the perfect s’more and, of course, take slow-motion shots of Meggie torching a marshmallow.
