Get Creative with Coquito this Holiday Season

Coquito is an alcoholic beverage that features coconut and is often served in Puerto Rico. It is traditionally made with rum, coconut, sweet condensed milk, vanilla, and spices.  Try it this holiday season in place of eggnog or your other usual go-to.

Recipe:

Coquito for a Crowd

Serves 8
2 cups good white rum
4 cans coconut cream
2 cans evaporated milk
2 cans sweetened condensed milk
2 T pure vanilla extract
2 T cinnamon/nutmeg (to taste)
Blend, chill and serve in old-fashioned glasses with a cinnamon stick garnish.
