- 3/4 oz. raspberry shrub
- 1 1/2 oz. peppery bourbon
- splash of sparkling champagne
- lemon rind garnish
- Add raspberry shrub and bourbon to tall glass over ice.
- Strain into chilled coupe glass.
- Top with champagne.
- Garnish with lemon.
