Easy Cranberry Relish to Sweeten your Thanksgiving

No Thanksgiving dinner would be complete without cranberry something. This cranberry relish hits the spot.

In fact, KFVS-12 Breakfast Show Anchor Crystal Britt says this is her favorite Thanksgiving side dish.

These days, she shares the love for cranberry relish with her two chefs in training, Sydney and Makenzie.

Sydney, Makenzie, and their Nana whip up this super easy recipe during the holidays.

While Crystal enjoys eating the relish by itself, her daughters suggest putting it on your turkey or rolls.

Britt Family Cranberry Relish

Ingredients:

2 oranges, peeled and cut into eighths
2 apples cut in chunks
12 ounces fresh cranberries
1 cup walnuts
1 cup sugar

Directions:

In a food processor, pulse the orange slices, cranberries, apple chunks, and walnuts until finely chopped.
Scrape the mixture into a medium bowl and stir in the sugar.
Cover and refrigerate. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
