The Craft Beer that Took 2 Years to Make

"From chaos emerges order."

“From chaos emerges order. From fermentation emerges beer.”

That’s the philosophy behind the new beer “Entropic Theory” from MadTree Brewing in Cincinnati. When you drink it, you’ll taste a hoppy, juicy IPA. What you might not know is that it took more than two years of planning, research and test batches from the brewers and lab team.

With a story like that, we decided to go behind the scenes on canning day to see everything that went into this brew.

Want to try it yourself AND support a great cause? MadTree is releasing it with a special taproom release party on Thursday, June 29th at 4 p.m. where a portion of the proceeds will go to iSPACE, a local non-profit that promotes education of science, engineering, technology and math for kids.

Can’t make it?  “Entropic Theory” is currently headed into distribution so you can find it at any store that sells MadTree.
