We hung out with our friend Stephie Bridgers, owner of The Local Buzz Cafe, and discovered a whole new world of yummy caffeine-laden treats!
An affogato (Italian for “drowned”) is an easy to make treat, traditionally made with espresso poured over vanilla gelato. You can make your own with vanilla, chocolate, or coffee ice cream and a shot of espresso or 3 tablespoons of strong brewed coffee.
If you just can’t wait for your affogato, check out The Local Buzz on 141 S. Shandon St. in Rosewood from 7 am to 6 pm on weekdays and 8 am to 6 pm on weekends!
